Periods of retreats occasionally bring together the brothers and sisters of the Archconfraternity for private spiritual teachings and practices.
Other retreats are organized to confer the three priesthoods.
They include a rigorous process allowing the brothers and sisters to deepen their inner work under the direction of a “Spiritual Father” of the Archconfraternity.
Parts of the day are spent in common, while others take place in the silence of their rooms, sometimes called a cell. This is where the “Father” goes to visit the brother or sister to advise and guide him/her in an inner journey and spiritual exercises.
